Set on the Dutch coast with a long wide sandy beach, Noordwijk has proved the most popular of resorts with youth groups for many years. Ideally situated between The Hague and Amsterdam, Noordwijk is close to the popular Duinrell amusement park and within easy reach of the annual tournaments in Haarlem

Accommodation

We use family run hotels in easy walking distance from the town centre and beach, such as the popular De Branding, Aan Zee and Waikiki. Evening meals are provided at the hotels and a warm welcome is always guaranteed. Your players stay in 3 or 4 to a room with twin rooms for the adults. All rooms have en suite facilities. Other hotels are available in nearby Katwijk. Self catering bungalow accommodation can also be offered within the region – less than an hour from the tournament venues. All the hotels have a bar and restaurant. Some have a games room with pool table; table football and pinball

Football
We have an excellent selection of youth tournaments within easy reach of your hotel, particularly over weekends at Easter and in May. This is an ideal base for the Holland Easter Classic tournament and Whitsun Amsterdam Cup. You will find Dutch tournaments to be well organised and enjoyable events over 1 or sometimes 2 days. Most Dutch clubs have great facilities with excellent grass pitches. Football friendly matches are available midweek in season.

Other Information

As well as a great variety of shops, bars and restaurants there is also ten-pin bowling, crazy golf and other local amusements.

Excursion Possibilities
Favourite excursions include the Duinrell amusement park and Tikibad tropical indoor pool and Amsterdam city centre for shops, museums and a canal boat trip. Guided tours of the famous Amsterdam Arena stadium can be organised too if booked in advance.

Travel

The coach journey is about four and a half hours approx from Calais with shorter transfers from the Hoek of Holland or Ijmuiden. Noordwijk is about 45 minutes on the coach from Amsterdam Schiphol airport.
