The city has much to offer the discerning tourist of course including museums and canals galore, but let's face it, most groups choose Amsterdam for its multitude of bars, clubs and the famous 'red light district'.
We use a number of budget hotels in the heart of the city on bed and breakfast basis, ideal for hockey groups, with 2-8 sharing a room. Upgrades are available on request and youth groups should consider staying on the Dutch coast at Noordwijk aan zee instead.
There’s a real cosmopolitan atmosphere about the city and an unbeatable nightlife. Visit the impressive Amsterdam Arena or see top National League hockey in the city. Tours of the Heineken brewery can be organised midweek.
Hockey
Excellent facilities and strong competition make Holland a great choice for hockey tours for all ages and abilities. There are tournaments during April, May and June within an hour or so of Amsterdam to suit a range of ability levels. Furthermore, with live music and discos in the evenings you’re assured great hospitality and a top party atmosphere.
