Lido di Jesolo

Party capital of the Venetian coast, Jesolo is a great destination for a summer tournament weekend. Netball isn't played in Italy so the only way to enjoy some netball here is to sign up for our tournament over the first weekend in September. Furthermore, after your games you might wish to enjoy the Aqualandia waterpark or an excursion into Venice.

Accommodation

We use a selection of typical Italian 2-3 star hotels on or close to the beachfront, such as the “Da Bepi”, “Frank” and “Heron.” The hotels typically have a private area on the lovely sandy beach as well as restaurant, bar and terrace. Upgrades are also possible to 4 star hotels. These superior hotels usually have an outdoor swimming pool for use in high season.

Features

Jesolo is a lively resort with a fantastic sandy beach. The busy strip along the seafront is lined with shops and bars. You’ll find plenty of places to get some pizza too. The outdoor “Play Village” in the resort has hard courts for netball with a clubhouse bar and balcony terrace.

Sports

Netball isn’t played by the locals in Italy so enjoy our September tournament and compete against other British teams in the sunshine.

Excursion Possibilities
For the romantic amongst you, Venice is a must of course. We can reserve a private boat transfer along the Grand Canal so you’ll have easy access to all the major sights. Aqualandia waterpark is loads of fun on the outskirts of the resort.
