We'll help you make sure it's a hassle-free experience from start to finish and our team of staff at home and abroad are always on hand to offer support and guidance. Choosing & Promoting your tour

From the moment you get in touch with an enquiry, we'll help you as much as we can to get the ball rolling with the tour of your choice. Our specialist staff will discuss your options over the phone or by e-mail and put you in touch with our local appointed office in your country if appropriate. Either way, once you've decided on the most suitable tour for your group, we'll send you a specific Tour Proposal reconfirming the cost and inclusions. Typical tour packages will include; transportation; accommodation; local meet and greet and the sports arrangements within your tour. However, as tours can be tailor-made on request any number of additional inclusions can be added to your package on request.

A meeting can be organised via one of our overseas agencies in selected countries, on request. Bookings can be made direct with Head Office in England for a number of our featured packages and depending on your country of origin.

Planning and tour preparations

You'll need to get deposits collected of course. If you are booking via our overseas offices then they can assist you with fundraising, travel insurance, currency exchange, travel kit and a payment plan to suit the timeframe for your tour. Once a booking has been received, we'll send you a Tour Confirmation and Confirmation Invoice. This will include provisional information about your tour package, useful tour documentation and an invoicing schedule of payments. Passport, visa and other important documentation also needs to be addressed at this stage.

Excursions and activities

On top of the specific sports programme of your choice which may include tournament entry, friendly matches, field time and professional coaching, we will work with you to build up a suitable programme of activities and excursions during your tour. These may include a number of suggested local excursions to theme parks; tropical pools; stadium tours; and sightseeing. Tickets to sports matches in season, including selected Premiership fixtures can often be a great addition to the trip.
