Representatives

We have representatives available at all our featured venues. Depending on the nature of your tour and the destination of your choice, this could mean:

A local representative to meet with you on arrival to assist with check in
To help with the booking of local activities and extras
English-speaking assistance at your sports matches
A full time resort representative for a number of specialised camp tours
A full time tour escort for American groups within Europe
A full time tour escort for British schools in long haul destinations
A team of representatives at our own festivals and events

You will always be given a local emergency number for English speaking assistance during your stay as well as the back up of our office duty manager back up here at our Head Office in the UK (24 hours). Our collective aim is to make your tour a hassle-free experience from start to finish.
