Insurance - never travel without it
It is vital that everyone in your group travels with adequate cover. We appreciate that many groups are unsure what travel insurance is suitable for their needs and that some may think that they have enough cover via their credit card or annual policies. Unfortunately this will almost certainly be insufficient for the purposes of your tour and it is essential that you are all covered under a group policy. As such, we have arranged a comprehensive specialist travel package for sports groups through Derek Ketteridge and Associates which is underwritten on behalf of a consortium of insurers to include cover against injuries whilst involved in sporting activities organised by us.
The full terms, conditions, and exclusions are incorporated within the certificate, brief details of which are available on request. A full copy of the policy is available in advance if you wish. Either way, if it doesn't meet with your requirements, then you can return it within 7 days or prior to travel (whichever is the sooner). We strongly recommend that you take our insurance cover. However, should you wish to make alternative arrangements – it is a condition of booking that you ensure that everyone in your group has comparable cover, and that we are advised of this at least 8 weeks prior to departure. While it is recommended that you pay for insurance at the time of booking, it will automatically be added to your final invoice if not paid before.
