European Champions as recently as 2003, AC Milan are one of the most famous and successful teams in the World. Here's your chance to head off to Milan and experience tactics and techniques the Italian way with professional coaches from the club. Alternatively, why not sit back and soak up the atmosphere of a Serie ‘A’ match at the incredible San Siro stadium!
Milan is a passionate city, famous for its food, fashion and above all for its football. We have 2 exciting packages for school groups to enjoy the colour and drama that is Italian ‘calcio’. Serious teams will want to enjoy the ‘coaching package’ for 2 or more days at the Centro Sportivo Lombardia, while younger teams may wish to book the shorter 'matchday package'. You might even meet some of the players after the game!
Milan is approximately 15 hours by coach from Calais. Flights are available into northern Italy from Heathrow, Stansted and selected other UK regional airports on request.
There are various accommodation possibilities within Milan to suit your budget, all well located for your football training in the city.
• ‘Piero Rotta’ youth hostel in rooms for 3-6 persons in a quiet area of the city with easy access to the training facility and stadium.
• Various 2-3 star hotels such as the Ornato, Reubens and Mercure - well located for the football arrangements on your tour.
Excursion Possibilities
Most groups will choose to visit the nearby San Siro stadium, either for a guided tour or to catch a match in season. Excursions to the lakes are also popular.
