No introductions really needed here, but suffice to say that the homeland of the All Blacks is a mecca for rugby players everywhere. Tours are great during July and August and can be combined with netball, hockey and football.

Plenty of competitive options here and combinations with other sports are possible too.
Cricket
Escape the British Winter and head to New Zealand for a wonderful cricket tour in the southern hemisphere. Tickets can be reserved if youd like to catch a game when youre not playing yourselves.

Excursion Possibilities
There are plenty of outdoor activities to suit your sense of adventure. You are sure to want to visit the Rotarua Hot Springs; the New Zealand Rugby Museum; and the Akaroa peninsula. Other sightseeing excursions include the historic port at Lyttleton; Lake Taupo; Paraparaumu beach; Christchurch and Auckland.
Sample Itinerary
Day 1 Fly to Auckland international airport. Transfer to accommodation. Welcome barbecue
Day 2 Excursion to Kelly Tarltons Underwater World. Friendly match and hospitality
Day 3 Morning at Auckland Zoo and meet up with new host families
Day 4 Visit to The Sky Tower. Training session and friendly match. Barbecue
Day 5 Coach transfer to Hamilton and check into new hostel.
Day 6 Trip to Rotarua to see the famous hot springs. Night at the Hot Rock Hostel
Day 7 Morning at leisure and optional tour of the Maori Arts and Crafts Centre
Day 8 Head for Palmerston North travelling via the beautiful Lake Taupo
Day 9 Visit to the New Zealand Rugby Museum and training prior to match
Day 10 Transfer to Wellington stopping off at Paraparaumu Beach
Day 11 Trip to Botanical Gardens via the scenic cable car. Shopping. Afternoon match
Day 12 End the tour here or continue to the South Island with flight to Christchurch
